Compliance as a value in the IKON

For IKON compliance means compliance with legal and corporate rules as well as ethical values that IKON upholds. These include, for example, respect of human rights, labor standards, health protection, environmental protection and the fight against corruption. According to its corporate guidelines, IKON also attaches great importance to shared values ​​such as respect, tolerance, appreciation, team spirit, honesty and transparency. With the help of these guidelines and the various compliance rules, all crucial values ​​are integrated into daily work  practice.

IKON has a compliance officer who is entrusted with setting up, implementing and developing the compliance program. The risk of serious legal violations – for example in the area of ​​corruption – can be reduced in this way.

The compliance officer monitors adherence to compliance regulations and provides employees with appropriate training measures. This is intended to raise awareness and to encourage executives and employees to avoid the consequences of compliance violations. They are also encouraged to address any compliance violations to their superiors or compliance officers.

A compliance committee was set up to manage all compliance activities. This consists of members of various IKON organizational units who are involved in checking compliance violations and initiating countermeasures.
