Executive Board

Management

IKON is organized as a stock corporation. The statutory bodies are the management board, the shareholders’ meeting, the supervisory board, the supervisory board committee and the scientific and technical advisory board.

Board of Directors

The IKON management board consists of full-time members, whose number and seat are determined by the supervisory board. 

Supervisory Board

The IKON supervisory board has a maximum of 33 members from the fields of science, business, industry and the state. 

Supervisory Board Committee

The Supervisory Board Committee prepares the scientific-technical and administrative-commercial issues to be dealt with by the Supervisory Board. It consists of a total of 18 members, six of which each come from the fields of science, business and industry as well as the state sector.

Scientific and technical advisory Board

The scientific-technical advisory board includes institute and facility managers and scientific employees from the research areas and the scientific-technical operating facilities. It advises the board of directors and the supervisory board in all scientific and technical matters.
